People have to experience all types of difficulties with life situations and how we respond to them is guided by our behaviors. Whether are experiencing anxiety with life events, or slowing down to depression. People of all different cultures and races experience the effects of trauma, stressors of work, home, school, family from different perspectives. We have to face these experiences and find the answers that best fit the person. I look forward to helping clients find the answers in their own context . I am Native American. I'm from Kansas, retired Army Veteran, a High School football coach, and a practitioner of culture and holistic therapies.
