Couples navigating marital problems, faulty thinking, family issues, and anxieties are so prevalent. Maybe your life feels out of control . . . there are mental/emotional blocks you can't put your finger on (trauma can do it to you)—maybe you can, but you don't know what to do and you feel stuck repeating the same cycle, defaulting to a version of yourself you don't like?
