My ideal client is someone who is open to making the changes that they want to see. I see the client as the captain of the ship and I'm just here to assist them in navigating the waters. The ideal client is someone who is honest with themselves and self motivated to work on their identified goals. I'm very person centered and feel that this is an essential aspect of my work. Client should want to be pushed to reach their highest potential and use therapy as a catalyst to achieving this.
