My therapy approach is for individuals with ages ranging from 5 to 80. I traditionally work with all genders and have a Christian outlook but understand many individuals are spiritual and or non-believers. I enjoy assisting individuals through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution based treatments. I draw from many treatment methods which provides an eclectic approach depending on the needs of my clients. My training includes addictions from Florida Addictions Institute, and educational and career testing such as Myers Briggs Personality Inventory.
