Welcome to Wellness 360 DMV. We are a small group practice, providing teletherapy. We all need someone to assist us as we navigate through life. Sometimes our family and friends are not enough when we are stuck or faced with a challenge/crisis. We offer you a neutral, objective and empathetic space. We believe in asking the right questions and guiding you into rediscovering your "inner expert" and becoming the best you, in your own way, style and time. We serve adolescents and adults, providing individual therapy. Our specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder and general life stressors. We thoroughly listen and assess the situation before working along with you to customize a treatment plan to address the presenting challenges in order of priority.
