Wellness Tree Counseling is a culturally responsive therapy practice supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) navigating anxiety, depression, attachment trauma, and life or relationship transitions. We provide trauma-informed, holistic care rooted in our C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Affirming, Respect, and Empathy. Our approach honors the impact of culture, identity, and chronic stress while integrating evidence-based therapy and nervous system–focused healing.
