Sometimes life hands you an experience you just cannot figure out how to get past. Maybe the problem-solving tools you learned early in life aren't working anymore, or you haven't been able to update old rules and scripts about yourself, others, or the world around you. Perhaps a wound inside you that hasn't yet healed. Our journey together will involve a collaborative relationship in which we identify the barriers holding you back and develop the resources needed to move forward. From a foundation of safety and trust, we'll explore these struggles with curiosity and compassion, building on your strengths to bring healing.
