I am a seasoned psychotherapist who has effectively guided thousands of individuals, couples, and families through the healing process. For the past 25 years I have worked with all areas of mental health not limited to anxiety, PTSD, Narcissism, LBTGQ +, Grief & Loss, Addictions, OCD, & trauma. My unique style enlists a human-to-human experience with the dedication to creating an effective change-worthy experience. I do this by creating tools to promote change. I practice eclecticly with an emphasis on Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, Solution-focused, and my own tool box of effective techniques that drive the change process. Listening with compassion is how I create the strategies for change and healing. Some examples of my areas of expertise are anxiety, trauma, narcissism, borderline, DID, psychopathology, relationship issues, effective communication, addictions, identity, and sexual issues. Feeling defeated is a temporary condition... giving up is what makes it permanent!
