I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) based in Hawaii. I work with adults of all ages and specialize in alcohol /substance use, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, women’s issues, and stress using strength-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help my clients see their own progress to start feeling better. My focus is on meeting individuals where they are, both emotionally and mentally. My approach is compassionate, adaptive, and deeply attuned to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
