I’ve always had a passion for being a helper and support to others. I began my career in education, where I learned my students could be more successful academically if they had the tools to manage their emotions and the challenges life tosses their way. This led me to enroll in a counseling program to help my students, which began my immersion into the field of counseling and supporting others as a professional helper and psychotherapist. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling).
