It can be really hard to put yourself out there and start seeing a therapist, so I’m glad you’ve taken the first step towards doing that. Because I know therapy can sometimes be uncomfortable for people I think it’s important for us to take some time to get to know each other so you can feel more at ease when we’re meeting.
