After practicing psychotherapy for seventeen years at UCLA and Cornell University, I've come to realize that as human beings, we make the most change when we're able to harness the power of positive thinking and doing. A positive mind leads to resilience, self-confidence, and sustained happiness. Contrary to what you may believe, ordinary people like you and me can learn positive psychology.
