My background includes running Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) programs, serving on high-intensity teams providing therapy to adults with Serious Mental Illness, provided individual/group therapy to those incarcerated in prison, and individual therapy with active duty/veterans/first responders. My work currently involves providing therapy to those who have personality disorders, PTSD and dissociative conditions, mood disorders, parenting issues/blended families, forensic issues, depression/anxiety conditions, LGBT, grief-related issues, life-transition struggles, and chronic illness.
