I work collaboratively with people who have experienced difficult or traumatic situations and/or who may feel stuck in some way in their lives. Whether from anxiety or OCD behaviors which prevent people from participating fully in life, or depressive feelings and being unable to find meaning in life or the motivation to engage at all. I enjoy working with complex presentations which may include multiple traumas, personality disorder diagnosis such as Borderline, eating disorders, Bipolar, anxiety, and depression. I help my clients develop goals based on where each person would like to see progress or changes within their life.
