I offer experience and passion for helping people to navigate interpersonal stress and mental health challenges. I am a trauma informed therapist and I specializes in support for healing after exposure to toxic stress and traumatic experiences. I enjoy work with clients who have experienced adversity in childhood, have been involved in foster care or child protection, or have experienced other interpersonal stresses across the life span. My practice also focuses on the needs of parents struggling to navigate the bumpy road of rearing children.
