No client is an island but a connected member of a family, I practice therapy with individuals, couples, and families. My style is practical, focusing on solutions. I am creative and evaluate each client’s unique needs in therapy. I provide EMDR psychotherapy for healing of trauma or life struggles that seem to be getting in the way of finding relief. Life does not come with instructions. It is mysterious. The smallest successes can produce a profound sense of accomplishment.
