My goal is to support my clients by providing a safe, accepting environment for self-exploration. I am caring and authentic and strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients as we move together toward achieving greater harmony and balance in their lives. I have close to 20 years of experience working with children and adults and enjoy helping individuals with issues including self-esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, life transitions and identity. I recognize that insurance is not an option for everyone and offer a liberal sliding scale for my clients.
