Whether your issues stem from ADHD, anxiety, low self- esteem, guilt/shame, and/or poor communication/coping skills, I would love to walk alongside you in this process. I understand life issues can manifest for anyone, at any age, and I am specialized with various ages/genders/cultures. I have experience working with children, which allows me to support parents. With certifications including Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adoption Competency, I am well equipped to serve a variety of needs and populations.
