Are you struggling in this timeline? Is life not going as you planned? Feeling overwhelmed, down or stressed more than you would like? I established my practice to help individuals to navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. With a strengths-based approach I work with clients to improve self esteem, relationships and overall wellbeing while developing the skills to manage challenges such as anxiety and depression. My goal is to support my clients in meeting their own greatest potential. Through an integrative approach, I work to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Through self-discovery the client will identify new connections between thoughts and behaviors allowing for increasing areas of strength while making changes to unhelpful patterns.
