Therapy is about change. What I enjoy most about my work is witnessing people make real changes in their lives and relationships. Many people have habitual ways of thinking, acting and interacting that do not lead to the outcomes they hope for in life. I see my role as therapist as one of helping people become more aware of the choices they make that do or don't work for them. Through better self understanding, people are able to change internal or relational habits and achieve greater satisfaction in relationships and in life in general.
