I will provide a therapeutic relationship based on compassion, warmth and non judgment to guide you through the process. Together we will identify and work with the blocks that are preventing you from living your life more fully. I have worked with a diverse clientele with a wide range of challenges including trauma, phase of life change, loss, depression, anxiety, and family conflict.
