I am a licensed counselor, clinical supervisor and somatic psychotherapist, who is trained in dance/movement therapy, neurofeedback, and offense specific therapy. My commitment to the mind/body connection has spanned over 25 years. I use a variety of modalities to help my clients explore and create their own paths to positive change. I frequently work with children, teens and young adults to process the challenges and traumas they experienced and work toward finding balance and a reconnection to relationships, and a productive daily life.
