I have had the luxury of being in practice long enough to experience the ongoing growth of therapy within the field as well as within myself. The opportunities, people, challenges and blessings have been a journey I could have never imagined. I am a clinical social worker and addiction counselor with years of experience and training. I enjoy empowering individuals, couples, and families to decide what is best for them and how to most effectively make it happen. I believe we tend to take ourselves too seriously and the sooner we can get back to laughing and appreciating who we are, the sooner we are on the road to healing.
