I am a therapist who has been practicing for over 6 years. My professional focus includes specializing in working with breast cancer patients pre-operative and post- operative to help them manage challenges that arise, as well as work with their family in helping them understand what's ahead. I have worked with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by life's challenges and emotional struggles. I have worked with those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss etc. My approach is tailored to each person and is collaborative, affirming, empathic, strength based and solution focused.
