I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as working with folks who are experiencing grief and loss, trauma, partner/family conflicts, domestic violence, gender-based violence, anxiety, depression, recurring anger, racial tensions, and identity crisis. I also work with folks who are wanting to explore inner-child healing, legacy wisdoms, non-violent communication, boundary work, deepening intuition, strengthening connection to self/relationships/community, self-care, and existentialism.
