Welcome! Whether it's your first time in therapy, or you are returning, I will meet you exactly where you are in your journey. I work with teens and adults. As a clinician my intention is to have your sessions be a time where you are truly heard and understood. Together, we will build tools and skills fostering your goals. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families experiencing relationship problems, substance use, ADHD, anxiety and trauma. I’m especially passionate about working with youth as they explore identity, purpose, and navigate life transitions.
