I am an EMDR-trained therapist dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose. I take a holistic approach to healing, recognizing that true growth happens when we address the mind, body, and spirit together. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you work through life’s difficulties and reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways. Using EMDR, exposure therapy, mindfulness, and other modalities, I help clients break free from limiting patterns, reprocess painful experiences, and build a stronger sense of self.
