I believe the core of effective therapy is the relationship. I tailor my therapeutic process to you, in order for you to reach your goals in line with your true self. I practice Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), CBT, ACT, ERP, 12 Step, and humanistic modalities for various needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationships, etc. I believe in working off of a foundation of authenticity, compassion, non-judgment, critical thinking, and genuineness. I would be honored to learn your story and help you find meaning and solutions as you pursue your best self and life and learn to become your own therapist.
