I am a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice, as well as a staff appointment at Harvard affiliated McLean Hospital. I offer a warm, collaborative and compassionate approach utilizing evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and DBT + Prolonged Exposure for anxiety disorders and trauma. I specialize in providing individualized care to teenagers and adults who are facing emotional, behavioral, and/or relational obstacles. I have extensive experience working with children and adults in outpatient, residential and hospital settings.
