I have a wide range of clients that I enjoy working with. I am trained in EMDR, which is a trauma-focused therapy. I really enjoy seeing clients heal their past traumas and find new growth in their life. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and really enjoy utilizing this model with couples. I am also an equine therapist.
