It's overwhelming! Breathe...now reset. With vast experience working with women, I understand the need to provide a nurturing space and to roll up our sleeves and get moving. My focus is working with women who have faced adverse life experiences. In the process of healing, we will explore many elements of life including trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
