Therapy can be FUN, Inspiring, and Healing (with hopefully some good LAUGHS if possible.) I get back to everyone in 1-6 hours (usually faster). You're hesitant since it's your FIRST time in therapy. It can be scary. You feel empty, hopeless, isolated, and depressed. You WANT interaction and connection. You have family trauma and cultural expectations that have deeply hurt you and destroyed your self -esteem. I can empathize as I have dealt with those same issues too! I help people dealing with depression and anxiety by giving a safe space to fully express themselves authentically while being fully seen and heard.
