I am a clinical therapist that has been in the field of mental health for many years. I have a specialized knowledge of trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders. Some clients have high levels of anxiety that makes them feel uncomfortable. Or, they have been struggling with certain thinking patterns that are cyclical and come to no resolution. Sometimes, they are struggling with relationship conflicts that keep bringing up things from the past. Examples, such as these are often trauma related.
