Currently accepting new clients! Seeking therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, especially for the first time. I am dedicated to creating a space where all clients feel safe, supported, heard and validated. I work with adults across the lifespan and am especially passionate about supporting those struggling with Trauma/PTSD, life transitions, Depression/Anxiety, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative, empowering clients to be an active participant in treatment.
