Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, or trauma, my focus is helping you name what’s been hard to put into words, and gently process the beliefs keeping you stuck. Using EMDR and a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I help clients uncover the root of their struggles and reprocess past experiences at a pace that feels safe. Sessions are collaborative, pressure-free, and focused on helping you reconnect with who you are beyond survival mode.
