My personal philosophy - healing begins with awareness. My work is grounded in psychoanalytic thought, which involves uncovering patterns, exploring meaning, and understanding the deeper roots of our struggles. I do, however, practice an eclectic style which allows me to meet each client where they are with openness and curiosity. I work with clients dealing with deep seated childhood trauma, identity issues, anxiety, relational issues, and depression. I use these approaches to uncover the unconscious thinking and behaviors designed to keep you safe but, may be keeping you stuck in patterns that do not serve our greatest good.
