Looking for a collaborative approach that focuses on discovery of your strengths, determining what "healthy" is in regard to life, work, relationships and wellbeing while learning to live that lifestyle that is my passion! I am curious, value humor and open-mindedness and have found this to be just as important as the clinical framework I rely on to help others find what is most important in their lives and consistently move in that direction! I work with individuals and families as well as provide Psych Evals for ADHD, Healthy weight management/bariatric and suitability for pain interventions (SCS and ITP pain pump). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 20+ years specializing in ADHD evaluations and coaching, diagnosing mental health and general wellbeing and adjustment issues, stress, parenting, and chronic medical conditions including pain from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Framework (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness).
