Together, we will explore these patterns, process past experiences, and create meaningful change. I use evidence-based practices to foster lasting growth, resilience, and balance. For couples, I offer intensive sessions designed to dive deeper and create faster, lasting change. Additionally, I integrate nature-based therapy, a powerful tool to calm the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and foster reconnection—with yourself and those you love.
