First and foremost, I am a person-centered therapist. I believe in following your lead as you are the expert about your own life. I am hopeful to be a part of your journey in a supportive role. I provide a non-judgmental, welcoming and compassionate space to work on your concerns. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy for adolescents (DBT-A), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Motivational Interviewing. While these models are all wonderful, I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together based on trust and mutual respect. I have spent much of my career working with transition age youth and young adults in residential, shelters, and outpatient settings. I enjoy working with people experiencing life transitions, educational or vocational issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, neurodivergence issues, mood disorders, depression, and anxiety.
