About
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing mindful, relational, and somatic therapy for adults and teens via telehealth. I work with teens and adults who are navigating the many difficulties of life. The populations and issues that I best serve include LGBTQIA+, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship and family issues, burnout, grief/loss, major life transitions, and depression. I am a client-centered therapist which means that my approach to each client varies depending on their needs. I utilize varying theories and modalities that are rooted in relationships including psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems.
