I am a firm believer in every individual’s innate worthiness and our ability to heal not only through supportive relationships with others, but through our relationships with ourselves. I strive to create a safe, inclusionary, non-judgmental space where we can collaborate and explore whatever comes up together. After a 14-year career in the financial industry, I received my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. In addition, I have had the opportunity to previously volunteer with the National Eating Disorders Association and currently with Crime Victims Treatment Center as a rape and domestic violence advocate
