I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression, and behavioral/emotional challenges. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor(LCPC) in the state of Maine, and a Board-Certified Dance/Movement therapist (BCDMT-R). I take a holistic, person centered approach to therapy emphasizing the mind/body connection while incorporating evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT. Currently I am only offering Telehealth services in the states of MA, ME, and CT.
