Hello, I am Whitney Jefferson, LICSW. I like to keep my clients the focus of each season by identifying their needs and aligning them with their goals. I typically use solution-focused and cognitive behavior types of therapy. I am comfortable talking through difficult life decisions, anxiety, and depression. I create a warm and inviting environment for clients to be themselves and talk about their heart's desires. Each client should expect to walk away feeling refreshed and excited about future sessions. I first identify the clients needs, then I collaborate with the client on a plan to reach each achievable goals.
