I'm Whitney Johnson, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I see clients statewide through telehealth. I work with adults who struggle with self-doubt, insecurities, anxiety, and/or depression. Using a holistic approach, integrating mind-body techniques and methods such as cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and somatic therapy I help my clients shift from a state of constant worry and self-doubt to one of confidence and resilience.
