My ideal client is someone, whether an adult or youth, who is navigating emotional, social, relational, or life-transition challenges and is open to support, reflection, and personal growth. They may be dealing with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, unhealthy relationship patterns, peer or partner difficulties, academic or work stress, or struggles with identity and self-worth. My clients may also feel overwhelmed by expectations from their families, workplaces, relationships, or communities, and they need a space to breathe, process, and be understood.
