I specialize in grief and Prolonged Grief Disorder, various forms of trauma, and mood disorders. I work primarily with adults ages 18+. I have a calm and person centered approach and I believe therapy works when you feel seen and safe. Our sessions allow space to meaningfully sort through the complexities in your life. You will have the support to navigate your grief, dismantle destructive patterns (that may have once protected you), and/or even re-wire your subconscious (in a good way!).
