I have always had a passion for helping others. I believe that my clients have the ability to work through their struggles, and that I am here for them as an expert to guide and assist them through what can seem like a daunting process. I strive to meet my clients where they are at with compassion and validation in order to help them through difficult times. This includes helping them manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and any other life stressors. I primarily work with adults, and teens age 14+, and am currently only available for virtual sessions at this time.
