From NICU to Hospice, clients need validation, understanding, and permission to reconnect with their super-powers: strengths and talents which may be buried under unexpected stressors. By reviewing where you are, and where you want to be, we can chip away at these stressors together. By listening to, gently challenging, and empowering clients to review what skills, strengths, and new goals they seek, processing leads to the client's independent success, calm, and joy. I follow the client, not the other way around. By hearing and understanding goals, I align treatment options to empower clients through processing and new goals. I am a clinician with 20 years empowering individuals to attain and sustain wellness. By identifying your existing strengths, we partner to add coping skills and tools to improve happiness, wellness, communication, and quality of life. I am also an experienced career counselor, able to review career goals, resume, cover letter development, and networking.
