Trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, postpartum, stress, work, relationship issues and other challenges may be serving as barriers to healing and accessing your true authentic self. I strive to create a safe environment and hold space for you without judgement. Through the power of human connection, empathy, empowerment, and active listening, I act as a guide and walk with you as we navigate through your individualized healing journey. I have 9 years of experience working in the mental health field and am passionate about supporting adults in finding their voice and inner strength. I utilize Person-Centered, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other approaches.
