I offer individual therapy for adults who are looking to better manage, understand, and cope with a wide range of life challenges. While I have extensive experience working with eating disorders, I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions—whether related to work, school, adulthood, or changes in personal relationships. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma, though I do not specialize in trauma-focused treatment.
